If you received wrong item, you can request refund or reshipment.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 24-48 hours. However, since orders are processed automatically, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Once the product, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
